The house spreads on three floors: ground floor with 2 guest apartments, first floor (owners’ area) and second floor with 3 guest apartments.
The house also offers secured parking lot (one spot per apartment).
Croatia is famous for its beautiful coast and lovely beaches, the most precious to us is Mali Rat (small cape) beach where our apartments are situated.

Mali Rat is part of Dugi Rat, a charming coastal town situated close to the town of Omis. Dugi Rat is a peaceful town perfect for all those in search for a relaxed and quiet holiday, pebbly beaches and long sea promenades. On the other hand, towns Omis and Split (UNESCO site) are only a few kilometers away and if you prefer to do some activities, a bunch of them is available there – sightseeing, night life, various sports activities (zip line, kayaking, rafting on Cetina river, canyoning etc.) as well as rich gastronomic offer.
